Anna and Keith’s beautiful summer wedding in the White Mountains.
Anna and Keith’s wedding at Owl’s Nest Resort was absolutely stunning! I had the pleasure of meeting them back in 2022 when I captured their engagement photos at Webb State Park in Weymouth, MA, with their dog Penny. They’re both from the South Shore of Massachusetts, so their loved ones made the trip to the beautiful White Mountains in New Hampshire for their destination wedding at Owl’s Nest Resort.
Owl’s Nest Resort is renowned for its breathtaking views, elegant venues, and top-notch amenities. It perfectly blends rustic character with modern comforts. Anna and Keith had their wedding on a Sunday afternoon, so we had the venue all to ourselves. We started the day with preparations with their respective bridal parties. Anna selected details that were timeless and gorgeous! Her gown looked stunning and I loved her veil with pearl details. Keith and the groomsmen looked sharp in black tuxes, while the bridesmaids wore soft hues that perfectly complemented the pink and green florals.
Once everyone was ready, we went outside for their first look. We allotted time for an extended first look, which gave us the chance to capture some intimate and beautiful moments around the property. You could not beat the stunning landscape and the White Mountains in the background. After taking some portraits with just Anna and Keith, their wedding parties joined us. This wedding party was so much fun! They were just enjoying the moment and laughing together the entire time. The mix of scenic beauty and genuine happiness made for some truly memorable and beautiful photos that were some of my favorites of the day.
They hosted their ceremony at the pergola by the sunset pavilion overlooking Franconia Notch. This location is not typically available for LakeHouse weddings, but we were able to access the full property that day! It was a huge plus because it was a beautiful view. Mellow Botanical added bright and colorful florals to the arbor that popped against the landscape and were perfect for a late summer wedding.
They had a warm and elegant atmosphere for the reception at The LakeHouse. It is a modern and luxurious space complete with wooden beams, chandeliers, and an outdoor wrap-around deck that offers views of Lake Harold and the White Mountains. The space is filled with natural light and rustic elements! After some emotional speeches, one of the most notable surprises was the bride’s second dress. It was absolutely beautiful and did not disappoint! Overall, it was a day filled with love, laughter, and plenty of memorable moments.
